Nexvita Plan holders may avail guaranteed savings subject to the following conditions:

• Tests, treatments, surgeries, or healthcare services must be booked at least three (3) days in advance at Nexvita empanelled healthcare centers only.
• Nexvita reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the selected healthcare center and provide services through an alternative empanelled healthcare center depending upon prevailing circumstances and arrangements at the time of booking.
• The patient/customer must obtain a Nexvita discount code by contacting our helpline number.
• Guaranteed savings shall apply only if the patient's total bill value at empanelled healthcare centers, after applying the Nexvita discount code, satisfies the applicable eligibility criteria.
